Bernstein-Rein is looking for a Project Manager to join this new department within our agency. We’re looking for someone with a mindset for owning and managing projects end-to-end within the agency’s internal workflow process. To be considered you must be able to effectively work with cross-departmental teams throughout the agency to develop and manage schedules, agency resources and deliverables on a wide variety of projects for our clients including print, direct mail, interactive and broadcast.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years agency or similar experience and have a good working knowledge of general project workflow processes. Must be highly organized, detail-oriented and a pro at multi-tasking. Position requires effective time-management, strong critical thinking and communications skills. Strong computer skills are a must. You’ll be working with a host of people and personalities throughout the agency, so it’s imperative you are persuasive, proactive and flexible.
