B-R is looking for an Account Director/Senior Account Supervisor to join the account team responsible for our newest client PetSmart. This newly created role will report directly to the Vice President, Group Account Director and will have two direct reports. The ideal candidate will be a retail advertising expert with a minimum of 5-7 years of retail industry experience. Must be able to share history of strategic development, have proven experience with broadcast, radio, in-store, print, CRM/direct and new/emerging media. Strong analytical skills, exceptional interpersonal skills, as well as superb presentation and persuasion skills are a must. The successful candidate has to know what it takes to lead, manage, mentor and develop a team.
